LOST 105 lbs.!
Cameron weighed around 274 lbs. He used to tell himself
that he was just bulky. He says, 'In May of 2000 I
was visiting my brother and his wife. My father took
a picture of the three of us. When I saw the photograph,
there was my sister-in-law, my brother and some big,
fat guy. I was shocked at how awful I looked'.
Cameron succesfully lost 105 lbs in a span of 18 months,

My name is Daniel. I work at a T.V. station as a Broadcast
Engineer and

In
the spring of 2000, I weighted approximately 280 Pounds and a lot of
negative things happened in my life. I basically shut down stayed on
the sofa ate more and reached a high of 325 pounds. At that point,
I became scared, just getting off the sofa made me short of breath.
I started by thinking that every thing I’ve tried in the past to
loose weight didn’t work in fact I had reached a point where I
had given up and thought I would be this weight forever.
