How does the LifeChanger Program work?

With the LifeChanger Program, start with the Getting Started video as Julia explains to you why dieting has failed you and what the first and most important first step is to losing weight and getting fit. Then, you follow along with your LifeChanger Journal, doing the suggested steps each day for the first 21 day. Each day has one simple and healthy action to do (or repeat from the previous day) that you want to start incorporating into your life to make it a habit. You will develop 3 new habits the first 21 days that you will become a part of your life…for the rest of your life! Follow along by listening to the LifeChanger Audio Program for the first 21 days. The other audio CDs/cassettes are provided to give you support on your journey to a new healthy lifestyle.

What is the LifeChanger Journal?

The LifeChanger Journal has everything you need to gradually build a lifestyle of health and fitness. It's much easier to make one simple change at a time rather than eating completely different and exercising everyday starting tomorrow. The Journal makes things easy, gradual, and allows you to develop healthy habits so they will stay with you for the rest of your life. In addition to the easy step-by-step plan, your Journal includes Healthy Recipes, a Nutrition Guide, Levels of Health & Fitness defined, Exercises recommended for your Level of Health & Fitness, and an Eating Out Guide.

What are the Levels of Health & Fitness?

There are seven Levels of Health & Fitness. These were created because not everyone is starting from the same Level. In this way, you can see how important it is to make easy gradual changes if you are on one of the lower Levels compared to someone who is on a higher Level of Health & Fitness. You are also given recommended exercises for your particular Level, thereby making the Plan easy for you no matter what Level you're on.

Is there nutritional information with the Healthy Recipes?

Yes. You will have total calories, along with fat, protein and carbohydrate grams and calories of each, as well as the number of servings each recipe provides.

What is the LifeChanger Audio Program?

The LifeChanger Audio Program is a 10-minute a day audio for each day for the first 21 days. What is the Getting Started video?

The Getting Started video contains Julia explaining the most important steps to getting started when it comes to losing weight and realizing a life of permanent health and fitness. Julia explains the top reasons that most people fail when it comes to losing weight, as well as the important first step to building a lifestyle of health and fitness that will help insure your success. You will also hear some of Julia’s struggles during her time of being 130 pounds overweight for years, and how she discovered the right way to lose weight and keep it off.

Is there a guarantee?

As you have heard before, there are no guarantees in life except death and taxes. But if you have followed The LifeChanger Program step-by-step for 12 weeks and do not see changes, do not feel you have better health and fitness, or are dissatisfied with the results, you may send the entire used or unused portion of the Program back to PO Box 6794 Saint Louis MO 63144. You will be refunded the FULL AMOUNT minus the shipping cost and a small handling and restocking fee of $29.95. The only thing we may ask for is your feedback so we can improve the Program, although not required.

What is the Maintaining Momentum audio?

The Maintaining Momentum audio is designed to help you stay focused beyond the 21 days and beyond the 12 weeks. You can refer to it at anytime after the first 21 days, and is useful for helping you maintain your motivation as well as making your more aware of such things (that you may not have noticed) that can hold you back, and those things that are going to work the best for a lifetime of weight loss and good health!
